Welcome to GamBit. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our trust and legacy management platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using GamBit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our financial and trust services.

2. KYC and Identity Verification

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, you must undergo our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to provide satisfactory identity documentation.

3. Services & Wealth Management

GamBit provides tools for wealth distribution, legacy preservation planning, and related services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the instructions, beneficiaries, and asset allocations you provide are accurate and legally sound. GamBit acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for disputes between you and your beneficiaries.

4. Fees and Charges

Certain services, including wealth management execution and wallet top-ups, may incur fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you prior to any transaction. You authorize us to deduct these fees from your account balance.

5. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. GamBit Point System

Users can earn GamBit Points through referrals, topping up, and specific activities.

• Points have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency outside of our ecosystem.
• Points are non-transferable between users unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to expire points, adjust earning rates, or terminate the point system at any time.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law enforcement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GamBit, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the service, you accept the revised terms.
